Tách lòng trắng trứng và lòng đỏ trứng trong 2 tô. Thêm 1/8 muỗng cà phê muối và 5ml nước cốt chanh vào lòng trắng trứng và đánh cho đến khi mịn.
Thêm 15ml nước trong lòng đỏ trứng và đánh đều lên.
Trong một chảo trên lửa vừa, sử dụng một giấy nhà bếp lau một lớp mỏng dầu lên chảo. Thêm lòng đỏ trứng vào chiên với lửa nhỏ.
Khi lòng đỏ đã chiên gần chín thì nhẹ nhàng thêm lòng trắng trứng trên, cẩn thận dàn đều ra. Tiếp đến cuộn cẩn thận lòng đỏ lại sao cho bao kiến phần nhân lòng trắng vào bên trong. Tiếp tục chiên với lửa nhỏ vừa cho đến khi trứng có màu vàng nâu thì tắt bếp.
Bày trí ra đĩa rắc thêm ít muối và thưởng thức món ngon đơn giản từ trứng này nhé!
