Củ su hào gọt vỏ, rửa sạch cho hết mủ. Cắt su hào thành từng lát mỏng, bỏ hột. Cho su hào vào tô lớn, thêm 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh giấm Balsamic, 1 muỗng canh đường nâu, tỏi băm, bột ngũ vị hương và hạt câu kỷ tử vào cùng, trộn thật đều.
