Đầu tiên ngâm nấm mèo khô vào nước cho nở mềm, rửa sạch, giũ ráo nước. Thịt bò thăn rửa sạch, thái thành những miếng nhỏ. Đậu hũ trắng rửa sạch, cắt thành những khối vuông.
Đun nóng 30ml dầu ăn, cho đậu hũ đã cắt vào chiên cho cháy xém các cạnh. Sau đó cho thịt bò thăn vào xào cho thịt săn lại. Tiếp đến cho nấm vào, nêm 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh sốt ớt đậu cay, 2 muỗng cà phê đường, xào tiếp 2 phút cho ngấm gia vị. Cuối cùng cho hành lá, cần tây vào xào khoảng 30 giây, tắt bếp.
